St Luke's Symposium: National Education Day for Doctors in Training

On Thursday 16th October, RCPI’s annual St Luke’s Symposium will feature a National Education Day in Training in 6 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, between 10:00 and 16:30.

This is an educational event which brings together topics that are of current interest to all doctors in training. It will include a lecture by the internationally-renowned motivational speaker Mr Mark Pollock and a lecture from Professor Kevin Imrie, President-Elect at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

This event is open, and free of charge, to all doctors in training (those currently registered on RCPI training programmes). Licentiates, Members and Fellows of RCPI are also encouraged to attend the keynote lecture by Mr Mark Pollock. You can book a place here.

Afterwards, shortlisted applicants for our three Trainee awards will present their entries in front of a judging panel and the winner will be chosen by the Collegiate Members Committee. This year’s CMC awards ceremony is likely to fill up fast as we have received a record number of entries. The only way to guarantee a seat in the audience is to book a place online. The awards ceremony is followed by a wine and canapé reception for all attendees – all trainers & trainees are encouraged to attend these awards. More information about this event is available here.
