St Luke's Symposium Public Meeting: Looking After Your Health & Wellbeing

Join the experts at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland for advice on how to improve your health and wellbeing.

The ever-popular RCPI Public Meetings series continues on Monday 13 October 2014 at 6 Kildare Street between 18:00 and 20:00. At this event, which forms part of St Luke's Symposium, discussion will focus on how to maintain a healthy mind and body. 
The lively discussion will be chaired by GP Dr Ciara Kelly, who is a regular contributor to television and radio and columnist with the Sunday Independent.
Professor Mick Molloy, former Advisor to the Irish Rugby Football Union, will suggest ways to incorporate exercise into your daily life and discuss the benefits of regular exercise.
Consultant Psychiatrist Dr Anne Jeffers will share solutions to managing stress in your everyday life and at work.
Dr Ross Morgan, Consultant in Respiratory Medicine will give advice on how to quit smoking and will share his views on e-cigarettes and making Ireland tobacco free by 2025.
